AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said on Monday that the perpetrators of assassination of Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani will be brought to justice and no efforts will be spared in this regard.

Addressing the press conference on Monday, Khatibzadeh described Martyr Soleimani as the symbol of unity and power.

He also referred to President Ebrahim Raisi's upcoming visit to Moscow, saying the trip will be made in line with economic, political, and cultural cooperation between Iran and Russia.

He noted that Iran-Russia comprehensive cooperation document is underway.

In response to a question regarding the recognition of Taliban as the established government in Afghanistan, he said establishing an all-inclusive government in Afghanistan is stressed by Iran and the neighboring states.

He said that the future of Afghanistan will be in line with materializing Afghans' will.

Iran's policy toward Afghanistan has been clear, he said, adding that despite all problems, Iran tried to prevent damage to Afghans, Khatibzadeh said.

Iran is in touch will all Afghan groups, including Taliban, and all points have been mentioned by Iranian President's special envoy for Afghanistan Hassan Kazemi Qomi.

Touching upon Vienna talks, he said that the talks mechanisms are specific.

Iran and P4+1 have held bilateral and multilateral talks, he said, adding that a trilateral mechanism between Iran, Russia, and China has always been pursued.

Khatibzadeh lauded progress in talks about sanction, nuclear, and verification phases, adding that due to US bad record and Europe inaction, Iran has to be sure that no one will humiliate the international regulations in the future.

If there is a common draft today, it is because the Western party understood that it should retreat from its maximum demands.
