AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stressed the need for change in various sectors of the Assembly.
In the presence of the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the deputy for the Scientific and Cultural Affairs for the Assembly, and the General Managers of the Scientific and Cultural Affairs for the Assembly, a meeting was held on Thursday morning, October 29, 2021, to review the activities of the General Directorate of Cyberspace.
In this meeting, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani stated, “The purpose of holding this meeting is to strengthen the view of change in the general managers of the Deputy for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the assembly. The activities should be operational.”
“Internal facilities should be used because there are some preparations in the International Ashura Foundation, the International University of AhlulBayt (a.s.), Wiki Shia, etc.,” he said, emphasizing on solving the problems of the newly established General Directorate of Cyberspace.
In different sectors, change system is expected
“We expect the system of change from different sectors. Although it is not perfect, but the new structure of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, will solves the problems,” said the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, referring to the importance of empathy and cooperation between the various sectors of the Assembly.
“Due to the magnificence of the works, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly has reputation in the world, and global prestige of the Assembly is understood when visiting different countries. In a meeting with a Lebanese official, he suggested that the Assembly be involved in investigating the AhlulBayt (a.s.) school and responding to suspicions,” he stated.
“There must be coordination and synergy between international institutions. This is important to prevent parallel work,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated, saying that one-sidedness is not possible today due to the vast scope of activities.
Productions should be based on tastes of target audience
In this meeting, the Deputy for Cultural and Scientific Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The Director General of Cyberspace has done a lot of work. Useful meetings have also been held in this regard, and practical plans have been provided.”
“In the monitoring section, research has been done. We do not want to produce everything, but we must use the capacities of other institutions so that the production does not stop. Also, a lot of serious work has been done in the distribution sector,” said Hojat al-Islam Ahmad Ahmadi Tabar, referring to the need to remove obstacles to work in the General Directorate of Cyberspace.
“Production should be based on the tastes of the target audience,” he stated.
“For General Directorate of Cyberspace to work and succeed, all sectors of the Assembly must be involved, and take part in the work,” Ahmadi Tabar said, emphasizing making network of human resources in cyberspace activities.
There is good support on expertise
At the beginning of the meeting, Hassan Sadraei Aref, Director General of Cyberspace Office of the Assembly stated, “Yesterday the first meeting was held between the colleagues of the General Directorate of Cyberspace based on the view of change.”
“So far, we have held meetings with more than 120 cyberspace and international experts, and we have good expert support,” he added.
“Monitoring, policy of production, production and distribution, are planning chains,” Sadraei Aref added, “Coordination will be established between these three factors, and productions will be made according to needs.”
“In the field of cyberspace activities, cooperation with international institutions is necessary,” he said, “Lack of equipment, infrastructure strengthening, high-speed internet access, are among the problems facing this field.”
