A clergy at Qom seminary considered love for Imam Hussain (a.s.) as the best souvenir of Arbaeen Hosseini pilgrims.
Describing the atmosphere of Arbaeen as indescribable, Hojat al-Islam Mohammad Gomar, clergy at the Qom seminary, who participated in the Arbaeen Hossaini ceremony, said, “This is a feeling that no one can talk about until he or she experiences it.”
“This year, we all missed the Arbaeen Walk. Last year, we did not succeed in attending the ceremony. Many Iranians, who had mourned for two months (Muharram and Safar) for the love of Imam Hussain (a.s.) and his Arbaeen, were stopped behind the borders and could not attend the ceremony,” he added.
In order for the lovers of Imam Hussain (a.s.) to be able to easily go on the Arbaeen pilgrimage, Gomar called on the Iraqi and Iranian officials to open the borders next year.
“If a person falls in love, many problems will be solved. In this regard, Martyr Beheshti once said, “Try to fall in love, not to become wise”,” said the clergy of the Qom seminary, considering the love for Imam Hussain (a.s.) as the best souvenir of Arbaeen Hosseini pilgrims.
“Many people borrowed for the Arbaeen journey or sold their jewels. This is not possible except with love for Imam Hussain (a.s.),” he concluded.
