AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Amjad Ali from London stated, “This year, five thousand pilgrims from UK have participated in the Arbaeen Walk. However, this year, due to the poor cooperation of the Iraqi embassy in London, there were problems in obtaining visas for pilgrims.”

Amjad Ali, who took part in this year’s Arbaeen Walk from London, said, “This is my fourth time participating in the Arbaeen Walk. In this glorious ceremony, I feel that I have contact with my Imam, Aba Abdullah Al-Hussain (a.s.).”

“I do not know how many years I will live, but I like to take part in the Arbaeen Walk every year. This way is better than anything. It is a beautiful path that I cannot describe. It is the best reserve for our world and the hereafter,” 58-year-old Amjad Ali of Pakistani origin told ABNA anchor in an interview.

The Karbala uprising has many lessons, and the addressee of Imam Hussein (a.s.) messages is not only Shiites but also these messages are for all Muslims,” said Amjad Ali, regarding the addressee of the message of Imam Hussein (a.s.) uprising.

“Shiites should adhere to Prophet Muhammad and his family (AhlulBayt (a.s.)) and not neglect to recite the Quran,” said Amjad Ali, who participated in the Arbaeen march with his wife, addressing the Shiites of the world.

“This year, about 5,000 pilgrims from the United Kingdom took part in the Arbaeen Walk. However, this year, due to the poor cooperation of the Iraqi embassy in London, there were problems in obtaining the pilgrims’ visas. Visas are issued too late and this is a big problem,” Amjad Ali stated on the number of pilgrims from UK in the Arbaeen Walk.
