AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian in a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi reviewed cooperation and implementation of economic projects, as well as issues related to Arbaeen pilgrims.
During the meeting which was held on the sidelines of Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership, Amirabdollahian discussed the latest developments in bilateral relations.
He conveyed President Ebrahim Raisi greeting and congratulated Iraq for holding the event successfully.
He termed his participation in the event as Iran’s determination for supporting Iraq.
Meanwhile, Al-Kadhimi stressed the importance of good-neighborliness and strategic ties between the two countries.
He praised Iran’s lasting and constructive role in support of Iraq and also participation of the Iranian high-ranking delegation in Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership.
