AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi renews offer to release Saudi captives in exchange for Palestinian detainees
The Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi on Monday renewed his offer to the Saudi regime to release Saudi war prisoners in Sanaa in exchange for the release of the Palestinian abductees in the kingdom.
This came in his speech he delivered this afternoon on the occasion of the new Hijri year, in which he said that the Saudi regime is courting the Israeli enemy with its recent unjust rulings against the Palestinian detainees.
He pointed out that one of the most important events during the past Hijri year was the operation “Al-Quds Sword”, which was “a successful step that ended in divine victory and has important significance”, and that this operation has exposed the countries normalizing with Israel.
“The normalization regimes have been exposed while they are justifying the Israeli enemy aggression on Gaza and blaming and insulting the resistance movements,” Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi said.
Sayyed Abdulmalik affirmed that that the Saudi and Emirati media are serving the Israeli enemy, noting that the position of the Saudi and Emirati regimes is sensitive towards those who support the Palestinian resistance.
We are not fans of war, but want peace that ends war, siege
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi said on Monday “We are not fans of war, but we want peace that ends the aggression and siege on our country.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik pointed out that those who call for peace are sponsoring the continuation of the aggression and are offering peace on the Israeli way, referring to the American calls for peace in Yemen.
“The talk of Americans about peace is a mere deception,” he said, adding that peace on the American way is surrender, acceptance of the occupation of the Yemeni land and the continuation of aggression and siege, which is unacceptable.
Sayyed Abdulmalik confirmed that the Yemeni people cannot accept the peace as “a title” with the continuation of raids, attacks, abuses and a suffocating siege.
“If there are serious intentions for peace, the first step is to address the humanitarian file, which represents a right to the Yemeni people,” he explained.
He pointed out that the problem lies in the insistence of the Saudi-led coalition countries on the continuation of their aggression, siege and evasion without taking practical steps, even with regard to the humanitarian file.
Saudi regime’s decision to prevent Hajj for 2nd year is dangerous matter
The Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi affirmed on Monday that the Saudi regime’s decision to prevent Hajj for the second year in row under the pretext of Corona is a dangerous matter.
Sayyed Abdulmalik added: “We do not see in Corona a justification for the Saudi regime to prevent Hajj from the countries of the world.”
He pointed out that restricting the pilgrimage to a specific country and to a limited number represents a violation of the sanctity of this ritual, and it is a dangerous step.
Sayyed Abdulmalik considered the justifications of Saudi Arabia, which many Islamic countries have accepted, neither convincing nor legitimate.
He called on the Saudi regime to stop preventing Hajj and to open the way for people to perform Hajj and Umrah, referring that it had opened the way for the activities of the Entertainment Authority without pretexting Corona.
