AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A Jordanian man donated 1,400 old copies of the Holy Quran to people in Ghana.

According to rumionline, Muhammad Salim al-Ayasira has collected the copies and sent them to the African country.

He has spent 50 years of his life collecting old copies of the Quran and repairing them before sending them to countries in Africa where Muslims may have little access to the Holy Book.

The last package of old copies of the Quran he recently sent to Ghana contained 1,400 copies.

Since the beginning of the current year, the number of copies al-Ayasira has sent to Africa has reached 5,000.
