AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Afghan Parliament emphasized Islamic unity and full support of the oppressed Palestinian people against the crimes of the Israeli regime.
Nazir Ahmad Hanafi, head of the Legislative Committee of the Afghan Parliament, said at a meeting of the Palestinian Standing Committee of the Union of Islamic States in Tehran on Monday evening that Islamic parliaments should be united against the Israeli regime's attacks on Palestinians, especially residents of the Gaza Strip.
Nazir Ahmad Hanafi stated that all Islamic countries must help the Palestinian people to defeat the Israeli regime.
The head of the Legislative Committee of the Afghan Parliament also referred to the tensions in the domestic policy of some Islamic countries. It stated that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation should help these Islamic countries to end tensions.
The fourth extraordinary meeting of the Palestine Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States with the participation of 15 countries and the slogan "Quds, the symbol of unity and victory" has been held in Tehran.
