To Start ….

As you know, advertising and promoting the teachings of the true religion of Islam and the culture of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) with the focus of the Holy Quran are the most important and necessary activities that guarantee the inner strength of society as the basis for the balanced Islamic guidance and education. This important issue has always been emphasized by the infallibles (peace be upon them). Since the advancement of this great goal among the audience of the Saqqalian Mubarakain school needs serious and continuous support, the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) tries to create a spiritual and competitive atmosphere by launching the Prize 114- taken from the number of Surahs of the Holy Quran, to deepen and facilitate the propagation and promotion of the teachings of the Qur’an and the Household, and while discovering the top talents and missionaries in the field of Quranic activities, provide a space for these pure talents to grow and develop.

Scope of Implementation

This award is held globally among non-Iranian Quranic centers, missionaries, and activists following the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) without any restrictions on gender or age in any part of the world.

The Ground of Implementation

The entire implementation process of the award, including the call, registration, acceptance of works, provision of consulting services, judgment, etc…. will be done through the cyberspace.

Closing Ceremony

In the absence of a legal obstacle regarding the outbreak of Corona Virus, the closing ceremony will be held in person in the presence of the relevant officials and the chosen ones in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Sections

The Prize 114 will be held in three sections and every missionary can participate in one or more of the following sections without any limitation in the number of works:

1) The Section of Production of Arts and Media Products:

In this section, considering the prevalence of Corona Virus disease in all parts of the world, the preachers who can produce Quranic content using arts and media, will be honored. For example, you can produce an attractive short video of your speech, or use the Quranic verses to produce a photo and text for publishing in the cyberspace, or even it is possible you can produce a clip, an animation, a motion graphics, written specials, podcasts, radio productions. Just note that the content of your products should be taken from the Quranic teachings.

2) The Section of Distribution of Arts and Media Products:

In this section, you need to distribute the arts and media products among your audience. You do not need to be the producer of the products. You can use the products we have introduced and uploaded on the festival website or any other product you consider appropriate and distribute them in the country you are active in. For example, you may have a website and upload these products into your website and advertise them for your audience to use them, or you may have a webpage in the social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network and you distribute them there. Or you may even invite the people into a house or mosque and play the content for them, or any other platform you may consider appropriate. The criteria in this section are the quality of the selection, the number of audience, the quality of the products, and the impact on the audience.

3) Performing Propagating-promotional Activities

In this section, your activities in the field of propagating and promoting the teachings of the Holy Quran are considered. The activities such as giving orations and lectures, holding circles for becoming familiar with the Holy Quran, holding home meetings of the Holy Quran, holding ceremonies to recite parts (juz) of the Quran, holding classes on Quranic interpretation and concepts, holding Quranic competitions, and holding Quranic festivals and in general, every activity that you perform in this field are considered. It suffices to follow and perform one or more of the mentioned activities. In this section, the best activities will be honored regarding their quantity, quality, performance, and the extent to which they have impact on the audience.

How to Participate in the Festival:

Enter the festival website and send us your activity documents according to the required conditions mentioned in the website. Note that you only have time to send your documents until April 3rd, 2021.

Referees and Instructors

A group of expertise in the fields of international propaganda, Quranic activities, art, and Quranic media, …. will be the consultants, instructors and referees of the festival, which you can refer to the festival website for more information.

Criteria and Methods of Selecting Top Activities

Each of the referees will give points to each activity based on the submitted documents and according to the following criteria. Each referee can give 0 to 100 points to an activity. Finally, the activities which receive the highest score in the total from the board of referees will be introduced as the winners of the Prize 114.

The criteria for the judgement are as follows:

4	Quality	By quality, we refer to the quality of the product or presentation considering the criteria of the activity. For example, the better the quality of your product or the selection of the Quranic product for distribution is, the higher your score will be. Or the better and more appropriate and effective your Quranic speech or sermon is, the higher your score will be.	15
5	Brevity	Considering your audience, the more concise and appropriate your product or the content of your activity is, the higher your score will be. For example, it is possible that you present attractive one-minute interpretations that the audience receives the most meaning and purport in the shortest time,	10
