Macedonian Member of World Ahl ul-Bayt Assembly passes away

Member of World Ahl –ul-bayt Assembly and a prominent scholar and affective preacher of the Ahl ul Bayt School of thought in Balkan region, Hajj Nurodin Ahmeti;has passed away in his parental city of Tetovo of Macedonia.

The deceased had studies in famous al-Azhar University and had acquired Masters Degree in Islamic History. After a long lasting research in Islamic Schools of Thought he left the Hanafi School and joined the Shia Shool of Thought; even though he has always been a considerable member of the Macedonian Islamic Council and Sunni seminaries.

The late Scholar has translated several books into Ship language and as like as: “Aqayed al- Imamiah” (Shiite Beliefs), “Qasas al-Anbia” (stories of the prophets), “Imam Khomeini’s Letter to ex president of ex Soviet Union Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev”, “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”, “Series of Islamic Educational Books of Ayatollah Amini” and “The Visions of Martyred Professor Motahhari”; and presented his books to the Islamic circles of Balkans.

In addition he was the director of www.dielli.net website; the first ever electronic Shia library in Ship Language. This is to mention that the above website has played a vital role in acquainting the believer youths of the region with the Shia School of thought and their conversion to this Jaffari Belief.

The late converted researcher of Quranic sciences; who has also been the member of the General Assembly of the Ahl ul-Bayt World Assembly, taught Quran and the Islamic educations to the adolescents and the youths for more than 25 years, passed away on 3rd June 2008, exactly on the departure anniversary of Late Imam Khomeini (RA) in Tetovo city of Macedonia.

The Ahl ul-Bayt News Agency “ABNA” offers its condolence on this the loss of the sad demise of late Hajj Nurodin Ahmeti to the Shia scholastic and religious circles of Albania and Macedonia. May Allah keep his soul in eternal peace and reward his family and the students with patience. We hope his students will continue his bright mission.
