Operating with Windows 6, the first Islamic cell phone, named Taha, contains exegeses of the holy Quran in Persian, Arabic and English.
It provides users with written and oral translation of the Quran in the three languages as well as a program deigned to help memorize the verses of the divine book.
Saeed Nakhaie, manager of Abra Company, producer of the gadget, said that the text of Nahj-ul-Balaqa, Sahifa Sajjadia, Hajj prayers, various supplications, navigation of Qibla, prayer timings worldwide, Azan (Islamic call to prayer) by 15 Muezzins, Tarteel (recitation of the holy Quran in slow measured rhythmic tones) by Shiite and Sunni reciters, and an Islamic calendar converter are available in the cell phone.
Nakhaie said that the users can also find in the phone the resaleh (treatises) of six Shia sources of emulation including the late Imam Khomeini, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, Ayatollah Sistani and Ayatollah Behjat in Persian, Arabic and English.
