AhlulBayt News Agency: Muslims in Dagestan held a contest among girls on the best poem dedicated to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). The festive ceremony of award took place in Humanitarian and Pedagogical College (HPC) in Makhachkala on November 20.
About 100 children from 3 to 10 years of old participated in the contest. Last Saturday the organizers awarded the winners of the all-girls competition for the best poem about the Prophet (pbuh) with cash prizes and gifts.
All the participants of the event received roses, books, balloons from the organizers.
The solemn event was visited by the Head of the department of the Dagestan Ministry of Nationalities, Hasaybat Valieva, Director of the Humanitarian Pedagogical College, Dzhennet Temurkaeva, Acting Director of the "Watan" school, Aida Rustamova and others.
The event was organized by the women's section of the Education Department of the Muftiyat of the Republic of Dagestan.
