AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): ISO rally at French Consulate to protest President Macron remarks to be held on November 01, 2020.
Imamia Students Organization (ISO) Pakistan secretary general Ali Owais made this announcement, while addressing a joint press conference in Karachi.
MWM Karachi chapter secretary general Allama Sadiq Jafari accompanied him.
Ali Owais expressed anger and protest against French magazine Charlie Hebdo’s reprinting of blasphemous caricature and President Macron’s support to insulting caricatures.
He asked government of Pakistan to break off all sorts of relations with France. Furthermore, he demanded the government to expel French ambassador declaring persona non grata.
The ISO strongly condemned the blasphemers and vowed no tolerance for desecration of sanctity of the most infallible Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
Ali Owais also condemned criminal silence of international community and particularly United Nations over President Macron’s insulting remarks.
He also slammed the OIC’s inaction against the blasphemous caricature and French President Emanuel Macron’s insulting remarks.
The ISO rejected blasphemy and insult of Islam and Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) under the pretext of freedom of expression.
He also condemned crackdown on Muslims in France, saying that French government has not taken action against Charlie Hebdo but launched witchhunt against the victim Muslims.
