AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Millions of Yemenis are prepared to take part in mass rallies to commemorate the Holy Prophet Mohammed’s birthday (peace be upon him) on Thursday afternoon in the capital Sanaa and the rest of the provinces.
On October 19, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi called on all the Yemeni people to participate in the celebration of Prophet’s birthday, stressing that event of this year will be greater than any other years because the awareness, determination and faith of the Yemeni people.
The organizing committees set 15 major squares to welcome millions of Yemenis commemorating the birth of the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) in the provinces of Saada, Hajjah, Hodeidah, Dhamar, Ibb, Taiz, Amran, Mahweit, Jawf, Bayda, as well as the central event will be hold in the capital, Sanaa.
The organizing committee called residents in the capital and Sana’a governorate to gather in the large mass in The 70th Square, while the Revolution Sports Stadium was designated for women’s event.
Mass crowds have been gathering since Wednesday from various districts of Sanaa province and other provinces to Sabaeen Square, despite the difficult economic conditions.
Despite the nearly six years of siege and aggression, Yemenis celebrate the birth of the Prophet (PBUH) in an unprecedented way.
