AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Kamoke district Gujranwala police booked and arrested three-year-old Shia Muslim boy Syed Fazal Abbas Naqvi, his father and uncle.
Police filed case against them for Moharram majlis (Muharram mourning ceremonies) at their home in Kamoke.
The biased police cops also mentioned terrorism related sections in the case.
Later, the detained three-year-old Shia child and his father and uncle approached court through lawyer for bail. Now they have released on bail but would have to face the case.
Independent legal and human rights experts have expressed concern over ongoing flagrant violation of human rights in Pakistan.
They said that even a three-year-old Shia child now faces terrorism charges for Muharram mourning ceremonies held at his home.

Ironically, under Saudi Wahhabi monarchy’s orders, their henchmen are filing false blasphemy cases against Shia Muslims.
