Health instructions related to Muharram mourning should be prepared as soon as possible

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Iran's President instructed the Minister of Interior Dr Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli to cooperate with the relevant agencies to prepare the instructions related to holding mourning ceremonies of Imam Hussein (AS) as soon as possible and submit it to the National Task Force for Fighting Coronavirus.

After receiving the report of the Minister of Interior on the cooperation of social, security and medical committees in provinces on Friday, Dr Hassan Rouhani stressed that the provincial task forces are still serious and careful in implementing health instructions, especially physical distancing and monitor the use of masks as the most definitive solution to combat coronavirus.

Appreciating people's support by using masks to break the chain of coronavirus in the society, the President said, "it is necessary to prevent holding of gatherings that can help the outbreak of the dangerous disease in the society by continuously informing people and asking them to avoid holding celebrations and mourning ceremonies".

Referring to his recent meeting with governor generals across the country on ways to advance the slogan of Surge in Production in provinces, Dr Rouhani instructed the Interior Minister to pursue the implementation of plans related to the slogan.
