Pakistan's MWM threatens to block all main highways on July 22nd

Majlis Wahdat ul Muslimeen Pakistan (Shiite political-religious party) warns the government of blocking all main highways across Pakistan on July 22.

AhlulBayt News Agency - Majlis Wahdat ul Muslimeen Pakistan (Shiite political-religious party) warns the government of blocking all main highways across Pakistan on July 22.

MWM Pakistan has announced that on July 22nd from 2 afternoon till 8 evening they are set to block main public roads across Pakistan, so as to get governments attention towards their demands.

MWM central cabinet has decided that should this not bear fruit they will stage a long sit-in in front of Punjab Assembly. The cabinet decided to hold Allama Arif Al-Husseini’s anniversary on 7th August at Islamabad, where core decision will be made.

Since May 13, MWM Chief Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari is on a hunger strike till date. Government is yet to address his demands. His main demand is to stop Shia genocide in Pakistan; lest at the hand of militants or the State itself.
