A Palestinian father from Gaza, Mohammed Abu Thabet, named his twin daughters Shireen and Jenin, honroing the slain Al Jazeera reporter Shireen Abu Aqleh who was shot dead by Israeli enemy and the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
