Martyr Soleimani mural paintings raised in Gaza

Streets and squares in the Gaza Strip have been decorated with mural paintings Lt. General Qassem Soleimani.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Streets and squares in the Gaza Strip have been decorated with mural paintings Lt. General Qassem Soleimani.

It comes on the eve of the martyrdom anniversary of the resistance commander and his companions, almaalomah reported.

Muhammad al-Buraim, director of the media office of the Palestinian Popular Resistance Committees, said that on the anniversary of General Soleimani’s martyrdom, Gazans commemorate him by more resistance and by emphasizing the unchanging principles of resistance.

He added that the resistance movements will continue the path of al-Quds, of which Haj Qassem was an inseparable part.  

Al-Buraim added that Palestine will never forget the blood of this martyr and his virtues, Jihad, resistance and support for the Palestinian nation.

General Soleimani, who was the commander of the IRGC Quds Force, Iraqi Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) Deputy Commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, and a number of their entourage were killed in a strike by American drones near Baghdad International Airport in the early hours of January 3, 2020.

The White House and the Pentagon claimed responsibility for the assassinations, saying the attack was carried out at the direction of then US president Donald Trump.
