Israeli police arrest Palestinian official in Occupied al-Quds

Israeli police forces arrested on Tuesday morning head of the Islamic Cemeteries Committee in Occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem), Mustafa Abu Zahra.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Israeli police forces arrested on Tuesday morning head of the Islamic Cemeteries Committee in Occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem), Mustafa Abu Zahra.

Local sources affirmed that Abu Zahra was taken for investigation.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces stormed the Abu Tayeh neighborhood in the town of Silwan in Occupied al-Quds, and removed the Palestinian flags and banners raised in the neighborhood.

The Israeli troops also closed all commercial stores in the neighborhood.

Over the past few days, hundreds of Palestinians have been injured or detained by the Israeli police forces in a series of clashes that erupted in the Bab al-Amud area in Occupied Jerusalem near al-Aqsa Mosque.
