(AhlulBayt News Agency) - The Speaker of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan, Pakistan, accompanied by a number of parliamentarians attended the Razavi Shrine and visited the Central Museum of Astan Quds Razavi.
Rahila Durrani, on the sidelines of the visit to the Central Museum of Astan Quds Razavi said, “Today is the sixth day of my trip to Iran, during which I attended the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) and since the conditions of presence for I and my companions have been provided in the Imam Reza's (A.S.) Holy Shrine, I am grateful to the authorities of Astan Quds Razavi because I have a great interest in the shrine of the compassionate Imam.”
“The Illuminated Grave of Imam Reza (A.S.) have a long historical background and since the very beginning, the relations between the people of Iran, especially the holy Mashhad has been friendly with the state of Balochistan, Pakistan. Thus, the position of the holy city of Mashhad is very respectable among the people of the country” she said, referring to the ancientness of the holy city of Mashhad and especially the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.).
Mowlana Abdulwasi, member of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly in Pakistan, during the visit about their presence in holy Mashhad and their attendance to the Razavi Holy Shrine said, “First of all, I would like to thank the efforts of the Iranian government and the officials of Astan Quds Razavi because they provided the proper conditions for presence of the members of the State’s Provincial Assembly of Balochistan in the city of Mashhad for visiting Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Shrine.”
“Pilgrims of Pakistan, with special dedication to Imam Reza (A.S.) travel a lot to Iran” he stated, pointing out the attendance of Pakistani pilgrims to the Holy Shrine of Reza (A.S.).
It should be noted that the state of Balochistan is Pakistan's largest state, accounting for about 44% of Pakistani territory.
