Hundreds of Palestinians organize rally in protest at settlers’ flag march

Palestinian activists joined Kafr Qaddoum village residents in a rally on Friday in protest against the Jewish extremist settlers’ flag march planned at the end of May in Occupied al-Quds.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Palestinian activists joined Kafr Qaddoum village residents in a rally on Friday in protest against the Jewish extremist settlers’ flag march planned at the end of May in Occupied al-Quds.

Hundreds of Palestinians raised the Palestinian flags and flew balloons with the colors of the Palestinian flag toward the illegal settlement of Kedumim established on the lands of Kafr Qaddoum village in Qalqilya.

The Hamas leader Faze’ Sawafta had called on the Palestinian people to raise the Palestinian flag all over the Palestinian cities, especially after Israeli occupation forces (IOF) violently confiscated Palestinian flags from mourners attending the slain Al-Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh’s funeral.

Last Wednesday, Jewish settlers, guarded by the IOF, raided several villages in Nablus and al-Khalil governorates, and violently removed Palestinian flags.

The leader of Israeli extremist group Lehava, Bentzi Gopstein, had called on Jewish settlers to take part in the annual so-called flag march later this month in Occupied Jerusalem.

Earlier during the month of Ramadan, Al-Aqsa worshippers managed to protect the holy site from the extremist settlers’ flag march and settlers’ animal sacrifice plans despite Israeli official support and military guard.
