AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): In a message, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, expressed his condolences on the demise of late Nader Talebzadeh, an activist of the Cultural Front of the Islamic Revolution.
The message is as follows:
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
The demise of the tireless Mujahid, the revolutionary artist and hard-working documentary filmmaker Nader Talebzadeh, deeply mourned the activists of the Cultural Front of the Islamic Revolution.
At the height of his youth, this believing and popular figure, left the glamorous world of the West and preferred to be on the battlefield against the Ba’athist regime to live comfortably in American universities or work in Hollywood studios.
He did not give up the struggle even after the holy defense (Iraq’s eight-year imposed war against Iran), rushed to Bosnia to help the oppressed Muslims of the Balkans, and then he was always at the forefront of the soft war against the arrogant axis for the rest of his life.
One of Talebzadeh’s most important actions was nurturing an enthusiastic generation of young artists and filmmakers through events and institutions such as the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Art Department of the Islamic Development Organization, the Ammar Festival, and the Islamic Film Training Center, a generation that is now bearing fruit, and is shaping the renaissance, of the Iranian and Islamic type, in the field of art and media.
The waves he made in favor of the Axis of Resistance and against the axis of Zionist-American evil through special and attractive television programs and the New Horizon Conference, also had profound and lasting effects.
The late Talebzadeh also contributed to the artistic and media activities of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and did not withhold his unwavering cooperation from the Assembly. Among them, we can mention the many ideas for establishing Al-Thaqalayn TV, and then improving the quality of its programs in the new phase of the activity, membership in the jury of the first AhlulBayt (a.s.) Cultural and Artistic Festival-Grand Prize of the Great Prophet, and cooperation in holding the International Conference “The Great Prophet (p.b.u.h); Cinema and World Literature”.
For this irreparable loss, we offer our condolences to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the society of religious artists, colleagues, and comrades of Talebzadeh, as well as his wife, children, relatives and students.
With the blessings of the last nights of the holy month of Ramadan, we ask God Almighty for mercy and forgiveness for the soul of the deceased and patience for all his relatives.
