Syria's Hill 1154 on the Idlib-Latakia border captured by Army

The Syrian Arab Army’s 103rd Brigade of the Republican Guard is sweeping through the Latakia Governorate’s northeastern countryside, capturing several sites from the extremist rebels of Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group), the Free Syrian Army (FSA), and Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham this morning.

According to the latest report from the Kabani front, the Syrian Arab Army’s 103rd Brigade – backed by the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP), the National Defense Forces (NDF), and the Syrian Marines – imposed full control over Hill 1154 on the Idlib-Latakia border after a violent firefight with the extremist rebels.

Following the capture of 1154, the Syrian Armed Forces made their way to the southeastern flank of Kabani, where they are currently attempting to bypass Jabhat Al-Nusra’s front-line defenses.
