(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - These included 55,000 copies of Qur’an and 43,000 books on various Islamic subjects. The books were distributed among students and university teachers. This was part of WAMY’s plan to print and publish Islamic books in different languages with the objective of inculcating values of Islamic culture in the minds of the younger generation so as to help them consolidate the ideology, in addition to introducing the Islamic ideology among non-Muslims. WAMY had earlier distributed copies of Qur’an and Islamic books in a number of Asian and African countries, including Senegal, Nigeria, Gambia, Rwanda, Kenya, Kirgizia and Yemen. End item/ 149
