Lebanese Hezbollah denies “Farda News” report on alleged remarks by Sayyed Nasrallah

Lebanese Hezbollah Media Relations denied as baseless a report by so-called Iranian news website “Farda News” on alleged remarks by Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah.

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Lebanese Hezbollah Media Relations denied as baseless a report by so-called Iranian news website “Farda News” on alleged remarks by Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah.

The report by “Farda News” is totally baseless, Hezbollah media Relations said in a statement released on Tuesday.

Earlier, the so-called Iranian news website claimed that Sayyed Nasrallah addressed some Iranians in Lebanon as saying that Hezbollah “has been fighting in Syria for Shiism and not in a bid to defend the government of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.”

Later, the report was removed by the news website.
