(AhlulBayt News Agency) - The coalition warplanes have carried out airstrike in western Mosul which resulted in the death of the ISIS bomb expert and the group’s chef of properties.
According to Kurdistan Region’s Directorate of Counterterrorism, senior ISIS Emir Daham Jasem Mohammad Al-Obeidi, Abu Saadoun, was killed during an airstrike earlier on 24th February.
“He was a senior militants responsible for ISIS properties in Mosul province,” Kurdistan Region Security Council confirmed on its official twitter account.
In a separate raid at approximately 16:00 local time 26th February, Faris Hasan Abdulrahman Al-Jabouri, known as Abu Rahma, IS’s bomb expert was killed in western Mosul.
Abu Rahma was targeted in his car in the Zenjalli neighborhood, according to KRSC.
