Indian PM sympathizes with victims of Iran's deadly quake

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - India Prime Minister in a message extended sympathy to the families of the victims of the recent deadly earthquake in western Iran which resulted in killing hundreds of people and injuring thousands of others.

'My thoughts are with all those who have lost their loved ones in the tragic earthquake that has affected parts of Iran and Iraq. I pray that those injured recover at the earliest,' Narendra Modi said in a Monday Twitter message.

The 7.3-magnitude earthquake rocked west of Iran and areas in east of Iraq on Sunday night killing at least 328 and injuring over 3,950. The quake occurred at 21:05 local time, (17:35 GMT).
