Ayat. Noori Hamedani urges Islamic countries to act on Quran

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - “According to holy Quran, Muslims must not be friends with the enemy; however, some Islamic countries are serving the benefits of the Zionist Regime instead of abiding by Quranic teachings; they claim to be Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, a claim which is far from reality.”

In a meeting with a group of forces of Islamic Republic‘s Revolutionary Guards in Qom on Tuesday, Shia source of emulation Grand Ayatollah Hussein Noori Hamedani highlighted promoting the life of Prophet Muhammad (as) and his valuable teachings since such lessons are of great importance in present era.

“The holy prophet was raised as an orphan in poverty, he worked as a Shepard; he was also illiterate, yet Allah almighty revealed Quran to his heart.”

The senior cleric added, “According to holy Quran, Muslims must not be friends with the enemy; however, some Islamic countries are serving the benefits of the Zionist Regime instead of abiding by Quranic teachings; they claim to be Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, a claim which is far from reality.

“The reason that the Islamic community is faced with so many challenges and injustice in today’s world is due to the fact that some Muslim nations overlook Quran and do not act according to its valuable teachings for life.” Grand Ayatollah Noori concluded.
