Terrorists of Pakistan funded by Libya, Saudi Arabia against Shias

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Notorious ringleader Ahmed Ludhianvi of proscribed Deobandi terrorist outfit ASWJ had received funds from Libya, Saudi Arabia and other countries for his anti-Shia and anti-Iran activities in Pakistan. Ludhianvi also had an alliance with Deobandi Taliban and Jaish-e-Mohammad which were also banned due to their terrorism.

This was revealed in a classified document of the Lahore Consulate of the United States that works under US State Department and it was released by Wikileaks recently. Zahid Mehmood Qasmi, a Deobandi cleric who has recently replaced Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi as Deobandi cleric’s council, had provided this information to Brian D Hunt, who was then posted at Lahore Consulate.

ASWJ is renamed version of Sipah-e-Sahaba, mother of all terrorism in Pakistan, who was funded by foreign countries including Libya, Saudi Arabia and other countries. Ludhianvi was invited to collect funds as donation under the Libyan government patronage. During his Libya visit, he got money (Pakistani rupees 25 million).

The US report and Qasmi’s conversation proved that ASWJ is a proxy of some foreign governments against Shia Muslims of Pakistan and neighbouring country Iran.
