India’s Prime Minister attended a ceremony held to mourn the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS).

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): India’s Prime Minister attended a ceremony held to mourn the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS).

According to reports, Narendra Modi participated at the religious event in the city of Indore on Friday.

It was organized by the Dawoodi Bohra Muslim community in Indore.

The mourners, wearing white clothes, beat their chests and recited eulogies during the program.

Modi, who is a Hindu, has been India’s premier since 2014.
