(AhlulBayt News Agency) - The Iranian Cultural Center in Senegal plans to hold a ceremony on March 15 in Dakar to celebrate the birthday anniversary of Sayyida Fatima Zahra (sa).
According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the Islamic Institute of Dakar will host the ceremony titled "Fatemeh (SA); Perfect Role-Model for Women of the World”.
The Woman, Islam and Development Institute, Al-Mustafa International University and Iranian Embassy in Dakar will cooperate with the Iranian Cultural center in holding the program.
It will be attended by a number of women from Senegal and Lebanon as well as Iranian women residing in Senegal.
Senegal is a country in West Africa. Islam is the predominant religion in the country and some 92 percent of its population is estimated to be Muslim.
