In the name of God
And victory is not except from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise (Surah Ali 'Imran [3:126])
Dear Dr. Haider al-Abadi
Prime Minister of Iraq
It is my honor to extend felicitations on behalf of myself and brothers in Ahlul Bayt World Assembly on the occasion of the victory in Mosul which toppled the superstitious, extremist, terrorist, and false government of ISIS.
The brave nation of Iraq managed to neutralize all the plots targeting unity, religious independence, decency, and dignity through the leadership of the Sources of Emulation and the government.
I extend my reverence to the brave member of the Iraqi army and salute the martyrs of this victory and their families.
The victory was a big shock to those who doubted the nation of Iraq. However, all shame remains for the terrorist and retrogressive regimes which supported the Takfiri groups.
The victory is the result of all Iraqi nation, Al-Hashd Al-Sha'abi, and the friend countries' efforts who stood beside Iraq in order to cleanse the country from ISIS and their allies.
We pray to God to cleanse other areas from the ISIS degeneracy and bring back security and stability to Iraq once again, and also to protect you and Iraqi nation from any harm. May this brave and resilient land see development and prosperity in the current government's rule.
Once again I congratulate you on behalf of myself, and your brothers in Iran.
Muhammad Hasan Akhtari
